摘要
对上海市浦东新区文献中心大跨度斜拉钢-混凝土组合楼盖的施工过程进行了现场监测。运用有限元软件ANSYS建立了该组合楼盖的分析模型,使用这一模型再现了浦东新区文献中心组合楼盖支撑撤除的全过程。和现场监测数据的比较表明,数值模拟与分析方法具有足够的精度。通过对原有卸载方案施工过程中结构应变变化模拟计算结果的分析,评价了原施工控制方案的合理性和优缺点;进而运用ANSYS分析模型进行模拟的卸载施工以探求更优化的施工控制方案。经对比分析认为,分块同步卸载施工控制方案系实用的优化方案。
Based on the results of the site monitoring, a finite element model for the composite floor system of Achieves & Exhibition Hall of Pudong New District in Shanghai is created to simulate the process of the scaffold removing using ANSYS. With the help of this model, the disadvantages of the original scaffold removing plan are figured out according to the changes of the structural strains. By numerical simulated scaffold removing process and theoretical analysis, a new partly simultaneous scaffold removing plan is proposed.
