安徽省面包小麦开发利用若干问题的探讨

摘要 本文分析了我国面包小麦的市场前景,安徽省面包小麦品种品质水平和生态适应性;提出了面包小麦生产基地建立,实行规模化、集约化生产和产品市场培育等问题; The national marked prospects of bread wheat was made,and the quality and adaptation of bread wheat varieties in Anhui Province were also analysed.It was suggested that establishing production bases,practising scaled and intensive production and developing market for products of bread wheat be beneficial to the development of bread wheat.The popularizing system and utilization ways of bread wheat were also discussed.
