摘要
介绍了武钢通过超低[O]冶炼、钢中[Als]控制以及非金属夹杂物的形貌和成分控制等关键工艺技术,对转炉出钢、吹氩、LF精炼、连铸等不同工艺阶段钢液、炉渣、夹杂物的组成变化的分析研究,攻克高纯净帘线钢钢中夹杂物塑性化控制技术,满足了高附加值硬线产品的要求。
The paper analyses and researches composition change of hquid steel, slag and impurity , argon stirring, LF refining and continuous casting stage through ultra - low [ O] melting, [ Als] control in steel and appearance and composition control of non - metal impurity and key process technologies. It has solved control technology on impurity ductileness in high cleanhness radial steel and met the requirements for high value- added hard wire products.
