摘要
随着珠江钢铁两机两流生产格局的形成以及电炉改造后生产能力的提高,提高连铸产能成了珠钢的一个瓶颈。为此,珠江钢铁公司提出了高效化连铸以及1号铸机改造的措施。本文介绍了珠江钢铁CSP连铸高效化实践,主要表现在拉速、作业率、连浇率、低纵裂率、集装箱板保护渣开发应用、LCR设备改造等方面的提高和改进,以及CSP铸机对各种钢种的高适应性和兼容性。
With both lines running and raising produtivity after reforming electric furnace in Zhujiang steel , CSP continuous casting is the bottleneck of the production after EAF updating. To solve this problem, the continuous casting for high efficiency and reformation of the 1st caster are put forward. This article introduces the practice on CSP continuous casting for high efficiency in zhujiang steel,such as the improvement on casting speed.production me.sequence rate.development of casting powder for container plate, the reformation of LCR, and the and the adaptability and campatility of GSP caster to different steel grades.
