摘要
在对高等学校国有资产管理现状分析的基础上,提出了强化固定资产管理重点、解决经营性资产管理难点、突破无形资产管理盲点的对策,促进实现高等学校国有资产安全完整、有效利用、保值增值的管理目标.
Base on the analysis on the present situation of the state property management, this paper pointed out that we should strengthen the focal points of state property, overcome the difficult points of managerial property administration, break through the blind spot of the intangible asset administration and promote to realize the goals of state property＇ s safety and intaction, being effectively used, retaining and inceasing in value.
