大黄素对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肺半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察大黄素对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠肺组织的影响,以及对肺内半胱氨酸蛋白酶Casepase-1的影响。方法:胰腺被膜下均匀注射3%牛磺胆酸钠制备SAP模型,小肠内注射大黄素(25mg.kg-1)给药,分光光度计法检测血浆淀粉酶,HE染色观察肺组织炎性反应情况,免疫组化染色观察肺内Casepase-1表达情况。结果:SAP组淀粉酶较正常组高,且随时间而加重;在各时间点,大黄素给药组淀粉酶较SAP组降低(P<0.05);SAP组肺组织炎症反应随时间明显加重,大黄素治疗组肺组织炎症评分低于SAP组(P<0.05);结论:大黄素可减轻重症急性胰腺炎肺炎症反应并且负性调节前炎症因子Caspase-1的表达。 Objective:To investigate whether emodin attenuate inflammatory response and expression of caspase-1 in severe acute pancreatitis rats" lung. Methods.. SAP model was induced by injection of 3% sodium taurocholic acid into the subcapsular of pancreas. Emodin was administered by injecting into the intestines. Imrnunohistochemistry was used to assay the expression of caspase-1 in the rat's lung. Results: Emodin attenuated plasm amylase level, the pathological lesion score of lung, as well as the expression of caspase- 1 were decrease. Condasion; Emodin exerts anti-inflammatory effects in severe acute pancreatitis rats" lung and negatively modulating expression of caspase-1.
