摘要
选用丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS),采用超浓反相乳液聚合法合成油田降滤失水剂。通过红外光谱(FTIR)分析验证三元AA/AM/AMPS共聚物;分别考察了乳化剂用量、水相体积分数、水相pH值对降滤失水剂滤失水性能和稳定性能的影响。
A super-concentrated inverse emulsion,which could be applied directly as a filtrate reducer in drilling fluids, was synthesized by using acrylic(AA), acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomers. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) was used to analyze and testify the copolymer structure expected. Fluid loss control ability and stability were considered by changing the emulsifier dosage, volume fraction of water phase and pH of water phase respectively.
