Optimization of Quercetin Extracting from Opuntia Dillenii(KerGawl.) Haw by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 目的优选槲皮素的提取工艺。方法采用浸渍法和回流法从仙人掌中提取槲皮素。选择溶剂种类、浓度、回流提取时间和仙人掌粉末粒度4个因素,并以L9(34)正交设计安排实验。结果最佳回流提取工艺为:过60目筛的干燥仙人掌粉末加95%甲醇回流3h。结论回流提取的效率高于浸渍提取。 Roth immersion and reflux techniques were used to extract quercetin from opuntia dillenii (Ker-Gawl.)Haw. and the resuh showed that reflux extraction was more effective than immersion one. An orthogonal test method was used for the reflux extraction, the type of solvent, solvent concentration, reflux time and the particle size of opuntia dillenii (Ker- Gawl. ) Haw's powder were the four factors in the experiment and each factor was tested at three levels. The optimum reflux extraction conditions are as follows. The dry powder of opuntia dillenii (Ker-Gawl.) Haw ( filtered by 60 screen mesh), proper amount of 95% methanol and reflux extracting for 3 hours.
