摘要
利用不同能量、剂量的质子(H^+)辐射甜瓜干种子可诱发染色体结构变异及分裂行为异常,随着质子能量和剂量的提高,细胞染色体畸变率呈增加趋势。质子束对染色体的致畸效应有微核、染色体桥、断片等。质子束对早熟性诱变效果较好,已从中选出T63—1—17—8—1—3株系。
Different doses of the proton beam( H ^+ )were used to treat dry melon seeds. Structural variations and abnormal behaviors of chromosomes during mitosis and meiosis were observed. The percentage of cells with chromosomal alterations increased with the increment of energy and doses of the proton. The effects showed micronuclei, chromosomal bridge, and chromosomal fragments. The proton beam was effective in inducing mutants. Gourd lines with early maturity( T63 - 1 - 17 - 8 - 1 - 3, B243652, and C023675 ) were developed.
