摘要
运用头针对７３例中风后遗症进行治疗，将其治疗前后的肢体运动功能、面瘫、语言能力、ＡＤＬ进行康复评估。结果表明：头针治疗对中风后遗症患者的康复有显著意义，同时也说明了康复评估符合中风后遗症患者的特点。
Seventy three cases of windstroke sequelae were treated with scalp acupuncture comparing their function of limb movement, ADL, facial paralysis and language ability with before and after acupuncture,The results showed that the different levels of rehabiliation assessment of patients with before and after acupuncture is significantly difference(P<0.01).This treatment obriously improve the rehabiliation of windstroke sequelae patients.It also shows that the rehabiliation assessment accord with windstroke sequelae patient's characteristic.
