摘要
针对宝钢2 050 mm热连轧温度设定系统的技术改造,分析研究了现有的精轧机组温度设定系统。基于现场数据采集系统的实测数据,提出了一种空冷温降辐射系数的修正方法,并采用新的指数模型替代原水冷温降模型。同时,为满足现场生产精度和稳定性的需要,建立了精轧机组的短时和长时自适应温度模型。仿真及实验结果表明,改造后温度设定系统的预测精度比原温度设定系统有更高的精度,并且在变钢种变规格轧制时误差波动小。
The finishing temperature setting system of hot strip mill was analyzed for technical improvement. Based on production data, a method was proposed to correct the radiation factor of air cooling model and a new exponential model was substituted for previous water cooling model. Then an enhanced short and long self-adaptation temperature model for finishing was put forward to match the requirements of hot strip production. Both simulation and experimental results showed that the setup accuracy of finishing temperature is effectively improved and the error deviation is greatly decreased during steel grade and variety change.
