摘要
针对攀钢实现全连铸过程中所存在的技术难点,以全脱硫、全精炼、全连铸和炉机匹配为目标,通过采取铁水脱硫工艺优化、一一对应技术、增碳法炼钢工艺、提高转炉供氧强度、提高钢水精炼连续处理能力、优化连铸工艺等技术措施,解决了制约全连铸工艺顺行的瓶颈环节,稳定了全连铸生产,改善了钢水和铸坯质量,为攀钢顺利实现全连铸工艺提供了可靠的技术保障。
In the course of 100 % accomplishing continuous-continuous casting at PZH Steel, steelmaking plant took measures of technical innovation and process optimization, such as adding third hot metal desulphurizing equipment, adopting recarburization and increasing oxygen supply intensity on converters, raising refining capacity, and optimizing continuous casting process and so on to reach desulphurization of all hot metal, refining and continuous casting of total molten steel, with coordination between converters and casters. As a result of such modification, the quality of molten steel and bloom was improved and production stabilized. The bottleneck of continuous-continuous production was diminished and 100% continuous-continuous casting process at PZH Steel was realized.
