摘要
现代企业正处于快速变化的竞争环境中,为此,研究在快速变化环境下的企业竞争优势的形成,成为近年来企业理论的热点问题。随着信息技术在企业内的广泛应用,信息技术促进了企业感知、获取和整合外部的信息与知识,使企业能够不断地获取新的知识,从而获得可持续的竞争优势。企业是一个能力的集合,信息系统在这个过程中促进了企业动态能力的获得。探讨信息系统、企业动态能力和核心竞争力之间的作用关系,为未来企业战略理论和信息系统研究,提供了重要的理论指导。
Modern firms exist in the turbulent changing environment. So the research of competitive advantage forming in this condition becomes a hot point in the research field of firm growth theory in recent years. With the development of information systems application, information technology promotes the firm to sense, acquire and integrate the information and knowledge from outsides, and obtains the sustainable competitive advantage. Firm is a set of capabilities, and information systems promote the development of firms＂ dynamic capabilities. Exploring the mechanism of information systems, dynamic capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage will be a challenging problem in information systems field, which is also a direction for the strategy management.
