摘要
消费者权益保护法作为我国市场经济环境下的交易行为规范,其立法理念体现了国家对市场进行的必要的宏观调控。这恰好与经济法的一重要理念——国家适度干预经济是一脉相承的。本文就经济法的理念和消费者保护法之间的逻辑关系进行了比较分析,提出了完善我国消费者权益保护法的相关建议,以求得经济发展和消费需求的和谐发展。
The concrete legislative ideas of the law on the Protection of Consumers Rights and Interests as the behavioral form of the trade of our country embodies the macro adjustments and controls on the market. This just comes down in a continuous line from the country＇s appropriately intervention of the economy. The text has carried on comparative analysis on the economic law idea and its Protection of Consumers Rights and Interests, and proposed relevant suggestions in order to try to get the economic development and harmonious developnent of the consumption demand.
