摘要
创新是管理的一种基本职能。它包括两种 :一种是技术创新 ;另一种是社会创新 ,包括制度创新。在现代企业发展中 ,制度创新与技术创新的关系并不是完全对立的 ,二者存在互动关系。从中国企业制度创新与技术创新的理论实质方面对二者的互动关系进行了论述。
Innovation is a basic function of management. Innovation have two kinds. One is technology innovation, and the other is society innovation which includes system innovation. In the development of the modem enterprise, system innovation and technology innovation do not complete the antinomy, they have mutual relation. This text discusses these mutual relation from the essential of the theory of system innovation and technology innovation of China enterprise.
