摘要
１５例体外循环病人在阻断主动脉及冷灌前实施缺血预处理，对手术前后心脏同功酶、心电学及临床循环功能进行了检测。结果发现：缺血预处理明显减少了心肌内酶漏出；减少了氧自由基损伤，在心电活动方面具有良好的保护作用，维持较好的心律，减少术后正性肌力药物使用及浓度，表明缺血预处理对心内直视手术中的心肌具有良好的保护作用。
t was stated that ischemic preconditioning(IP)was a better method of endogenous myocar-dial protection and the myocardial protective effects of IP in human intracardiac direct vision oper-ation were observed in 30 patients. They were randomly divided into two groups. IP was per-formed in the experimental group before the Clamping of the aorta and cardioplegic infusion. Blood specimens were collected during perioperation,and the myocardial enzymes tested,EKG,hemodynamic function and clinical presentations were examined.The results revealed that IP de-creased the release of myocardial enzymes and alleviated OFR injuries.IP exhabited protective ef-fects on cardiac electrophysiologic function,and reduced the dosage of Dopamine required.It wasindicated that IP had excellent myocardial protective effects in human intracardial direct vision op-erations.
