摘要
目的探讨奥亭止咳露在下呼吸道细菌感染中的镇咳祛痰效果及不良反应。方法对59例下呼吸道细菌感染患者给予奥亭止咳露10 m l,每日2次,连用5 d,每日观察患者咳嗽、咳痰量以及痰液粘稠度的变化。结果奥亭止咳露镇咳、祛痰临床有效率分别为84.7%、81%,无明显不良反应。结论奥亭止咳露可有效治疗下呼吸道细菌感染患者的咳嗽咳痰症状。
Objective To study the effects of COFETOL cough syrup in the treatment of cough and expectoration of lower respiratory infection. Methods 59 cases of lower respiratory infection were treated with COFETOL cough syrup 10 ml each time, 3 times a day for 5 days, symptoms of cough and expectoration were observed every day, Results ： The effective rate of COFETOL cough syrup were 84. 7 % and 81% for cough and expectoration respectively, no additive effect was observed. Conclusion COFETOL cough syrup is effective in the treatment of cough and expectoration of lower respiratory infection
