摘要
采用特定条件，将稀释后的兔正常血清、兔免疫血清、羊血清、羊免疫血清，经过不同ｐＨ值处理的ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素反向吸附（吸附ＩｇＧ以外杂蛋白）达到快速纯化上述四种ＩｇＧ的目的，该操作方法简便易行，回收率高，ＩｇＧ制品纯度可达９０％以上。
We studied the reverse absorption of DEAE cellulose in order to purify the immunolobulin G,from the dilute normal serum on immunologic serum of sheep and rabbits.DEAE cellulose 32 treated with different pH buffers could absorb the foreign proteins except immunolo bulin G.By using this method,only a single sted was needed to purity sheep or rabbit IgG.The results showed this method is a new,easy and high rate of recovery of IgG,which could get the 90 per cents of purity and are applicable for many kinds of immunologic experiments.
