用新药剂提高柿竹园矿钼铋选矿指标的研究 被引量:8

STUDY OF NEW REAGENT ON IMPROVING THE METALLURGICAL PERFORMANCE OF MOLYBDENUM AND BISMUTH OF THE MINE

摘要 针对柿竹园矿钼铋硫化矿浮选生产中所存在的问题,根据钼铋硫化矿的性质,研究了高效新药剂代替原药剂,通过选矿试验证明,新药剂能明显提高钼铋的选矿指标,钼回收率提高1.53%,铋粗精矿中铋的回收率提高0.79%,钨粗精矿回收率提高0.72%,给矿山带来明显的经济效益。 In the light of the productive problems existing in the flotation of molybdenum and bismuth sultides in the certain mine and the properties of molybdenum and bismuth sulfides, the new high effective reagent substitute for the former reagent was investigated. The tests showed that the new reagent BK-205 could improve obviously the metallurgical performances of molybdenum and bismuth sulfides, in the meantime, it should produce outstanding economic income for the mine.
