摘要
目的：对比研究经腹超声（TAS）与经阴道超声（TVS）在宫外孕诊断中的应用价值.方法：238例宫外孕患者的手术结果与TAS及TVS检查结果进行对比分析.结果：宫外孕的TAS及TVS表现为附件区非特异性包块;TAS检出附件包块的敏感性与包块大小相关;TVS对未破裂型和流产型宫外孕的诊断明显优于TAS,对破裂型宫外孕的诊断二者无差异.结论：TVS对宫外孕的早期诊断具有重要应用价值.
Objective： To assess the （TAS） and transvaginal sonography （TVS） value of transabdominal sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： It was a retrospective study of TVS and TAS findings of 238 patients diagnosed pathologically as ectopic pregnancy. Results： The direct sonographic features of ectopic pregnancy were non - specific adnexal masses. The diagnostic sensitivity of TAS was related to the size of the aenexal mass. TVSwas more sensitive in the diagnosis of early unruptured ectopic pregnancy. There was no difference between TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion TVS was better in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.
