摘要
选用21个不同育性水平的波里马细胞质雄性不育杂交组合和2个普通品种,对花器官形态和花粉量及活性进行观察鉴定,结果表明:1)试验涉及的波里马质不育组合为高温不育类型,其温度的影响还表现在雄蕊长度、♂/♀比值和花型大小。中间型材料温敏性较强,育性正常材料和1级高不育组合相对较弱。育性水平较稳定;2)在大田试验条件下,可根据花型、雄蕊长度和♂/♀来判断和选择不育性。一般盛花后,♂/♀<0.40,花瓣开放,肉眼未见花粉的组合可考虑选择利用;3)1级不育系雄蕊短、花粉量微、自交结实率极低且结实不正常,但开放授粉下,结实率和结实性均趋于正常,是目前较为理想的不育类型。
Twenty-one different fertility grade crosses and two normal varieties were studied for their floral morphology, the number of pollen grains and their activities under four kinds of temperture in the field and plastic shed during flowering season. The findings showed that: 1)three main floral characteristics, stamen length, petal size, and the number of pollen grains were influenced by temperature; the fertility between 2 and 4 grade plants were very sensitive to temperature while 1 or 5 ones were more stable relatively; 2)sterile materials could be obtained by selection floral morphology especially stamen length and the value of ♂/♀ in the field. The plants with ♂/♀ smaller than or equal to o. 40, unfolded petals and invisible pollen grains were regarded as available for further selection and utilization; 3) 1 fertility grade plants were characterized by undeveloped 'or poorly developed anthers containing a very limited amount of pollen even if in lower temperature. Their fruitbearing rate and seed setting ability under bagged condition were very poor, but both were approximately normal in unbagged field. Such materials should be considered as the more ideal and useful sterile materials in moment.
