摘要
负顾客排队模型的研究工作可学院从不同的角度、不同的方法、不同的机制来进行。本文将负顾客引入离散时间排队系统,讨论了一个有灾难发生的Geo/Geo/1离散时间排队模型。运用状态转移得到了系统队长和等待队长的概率母函数。并通过数值例子给出了参数对几个性能特征的影响。
Researches of queueing system with negative customers can be carried out from different points of view and by different methods. In this paper, we extend the queueing theory on negative arrivals and disasters to the discrete-time queueing system, and study a discrete-time Geo/Geo/1 queue with disasters. We derive the generating functions of queueing length and waiting queueing length by use of" state transfer analyses", and using numerical results, we shaw the influence of the parameters on several performance characteristics.
