摘要
目的总结闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法对23例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果23例闭合性肾损伤中,肾挫伤12例,肾裂伤5例,肾粉碎伤6例。血尿及腰部疼痛是主要临床症状。保守治疗13例,超选择性肾动脉栓塞术4例,手术6例。结论CT是诊断肾损伤的有效方法,迅速而准确的伤情评估,严格掌握手术时机是治疗的关键。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatmetnt of closed renal trauma. Methods 23 cases of closed renal traumas were studied retrospectively. Results There were 12 cases of renal contusion,5 cases of renal ,laceration and 6 cases of renal multiple major laceration. Hematuria and flank pain were main symptoms. 15 patients received conserative treatment ,4 cases received super - selected renal arteriographic embolization, and 4 patients under open operation. Conclusion CT was effectiveways for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma. It was the most important way for the treatment of closed renal trauma to evaluate the extent of the injury quickly and accurately and to decide the treatment strategy.
