摘要
新农村建设是我国“十一五”提出的重大历史任务,对我国农业的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。文章在分析我国农业灾害的现状和特点的基础上,提出提高农业灾害监测预警能力,加强农业基础设施建设,开展农业抗灾救灾等新农村建设中防灾减灾措施。
Construction of new rural areas is an important ~ historical task put forward by the Eleventh Five Years Plan of our country. It is of very important significance for the sustainable agriculture development of our country. On the bases of analyzing the present status ＆ traits of agriculture calamities in China, this paper raises several measures for preventing and decreasing calamities in the construction of new rural areas, such as improving the forewarning ability of inspecting ＆ surveying agriculture calamities, strengthening construction of agriculture infrastructure, and carrying out activities of anti-calamities ＆ providing relief.
