摘要
2006年1月《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》中,强调了矿业投资不足问题,并提出应加大吸引外商投资矿业的力度。本文以矿业经济学、投资学作为理论基础,采用实证与规范经济分析法,根据影响我国矿业外商投资环境的主要指标,分析现阶段矿业外商投资环境现状,并阐述优化矿业投资环境的具体对策,旨在促进我国矿业持续健康发展。
This text takes the theories of mineral economics and investment as the foundation, adopts positive method and normative method to research the foreitn investment environment of Chinese mining industry on the basis of main index which influences the foreign in vestment environment of mining industry. The article explains the specific suggestions to promote the steady and healthy development of Chinese mining industry.
