股骨头缺血性坏死与骨髓水肿综合征对比研究 被引量：3

摘要 股骨头缺血性坏死(AVN)和骨髓水肿综合征(BMEs)常常累及髋关节,在病程早期鉴别两者非常重要。综述髋关节AVN和BMEs及股骨头软骨下应力性骨折(SIF)可能的原因、发病机制和影像学特征。MRI是诊断AVN、BMEs、SIF最精确的方法,结合好发人群、临床表现和影像特征可对三者进行鉴别诊断。
