摘要
插装阀通流能力大、密封性能好、抗污染能力强、易于实现自动控制等优点特别适合于电液控制支架的工况,用其设计和装配该型支架的液压系统,能满足和顺应生产要求,符合工作面支护和流体传动技术的发展趋势,必将在改善支架的工作性能,提高其工作可靠性和效率、降低制造和使用成本等方面起到重要作用。因此,提出了用插装阀设计电液控制支架液压系统的设计思想,并对某型电液控制支撑式支架作了应用设计,分析了工作原理和可行性。设计时,应结合液压支架的工况特点,对控制各油缸的二通锥阀单元进行受力和结构分析,对阀芯面积比、密封结构和最小弹簧力等提出选型和设计要求。
Design concept of controlling electric-hydraulic support with plug-in valve is proposed. The work principle is analyzed, and the application design of plug-in valve construction, including the core area ratio, seal and minimum force of spring, is specified according to the work conditions of the hydraulic support. Plug-in valve is suitable to electric-hydraulic controlling of the support. The hydraulic system with plug-in valve is economical and prospective without technical obstruction due to their coincidence with the development of roof support technology in mechanical mining and hydraulic transmission technology.
