摘要
在分析空气压缩机组监控系统功能的基础上,利用力控组态软件PCAuto3.62强大的HMI(人机界面接口)/SCADA(监控和数据采集)功能,开发了一个界面直观、功能齐全的监控系统,实现空气压缩机组振动和温度信号的报警、历史运行数据的查询、工况的自动切换、设备的远程操作和管理以及系统运行情况的动态显示等功能。
Based on the analysis of the function of supervisory and control system of centrifugal compressors,using the powerful functions of HMI（human machine interface）/SCADA（supervisory control and data acquisition） of Forcecontrol configuration software PCAuto3.62, it developes a supervisory and control system with visual interface and complete functions, which realizes warning of compressor＇s vibration and temperature singal, query of history run data, model＇s auto change, equipment＇s remote operation and management, and dynamic display of the system＇s running state.
