介绍了1种复合式热管换热器,在高温段采用螺旋翅片槽管换热器,而在低温段采用热管换热器进行2级逆流换热,成功地应用于燃气钢瓶调质炉的余热回收利用领域,并讨论了强化传热措施和工业炉燃料的节约率等相关内容。
This paper presents a combined heat pipe exchanger,that uses a spiral-fin pipe exchanger in high temperature zone and a heat pipe exchanger with two stage counter-current flow in low-temperature zone .It is used successfully to recovery the waste heat for the gas furnace of steel jar modified treatment. The heat transfer enhancement and fuel efficiency of the industrial furnace are also discussed.
