摘要
介绍了双平台伺服机构控制器的基本工作原理和可靠性设计指标,重点阐述了利用RELEX软件进行电路可靠性预计和数据分析的全过程,并进一步指出了环境敏感因素对控制电路可靠性的影响。结论表明控制器电路设计满足系统可靠性设计要求。
This paper introduces the principle of two-platform servo control circuits and their reliability index, and focuses on the application of RELEX software including the procedures, methods and the process of the reliability prediction and data analysis, which further indicates the influence of several sensitive environmental factors. The conclusion is that the control circuits design satisfies the system reliability requirements.
