摘要
目的:利用Cd^(2+)对抗坏血酸(Vc)的指示作用,建立一种用方波极谱法测定Vc的新方法。方法:在NH_3-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中,Cd^(2+)在-0.856V(vs.SCE)处出现一个还原峰,加入不同浓度的Vc此峰高与Vc浓度成反比。在NH_3-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中Vc不出峰,因而根据此还原峰峰高的变化可测定Vc的含量。结果:Vc在1.06μg·mL^(-1)~0.18mg·mL^(-1)的范围内有良好的线形关系,检出限可达0.07μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9987,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.8%(n=5)。结论:利用此方法对活肤胶囊中的Vc的含量进行测定,效果理想。
Objective: A new method which used Cd^2+ as indicative ion was established for the determination of Vitamin C by using square wave polarography. Methods: There was a reduction wave of Cd^2+ at - 0. 856 V in buffer solution of NH3 - NH4Cl. When Vc was added into above solution,the peak current reduced along with the increasing of the concentration of Vc. So the concentration of Vc can be determinated by measuring this peak current. Resuits:Its linear range was 1.06 -0. 18 mg· mL^-1 and determination limit was 0. 07 μg · mL^-1 ,r =0. 9987 ,the recovery was 99. 8%, RSD = 0. 8% (n = 5 ). Conclusion:This method is reliable, accurate and very suitable for the determination of vitamin C.
