摘要
基于偏振模耦合原理的分布式光纤压力传感器具有高的空间分辨力。叙述了这种分布式光纤压力传感器的工作原理、测量系统及其实验结果。实验结果表明,互相干光强信号与光纤所受压力成线性正比关系;多点受力时,测量点与其他受力点之间的距离和压力大小(测量点除外)都会对测量点的精度和线性度产生影响,但其影响很弱,不足以对测量点的压力测量结果产生明显影响。
Distributed fiber optic press sensor based on polarized modes coupling has relatively high spatial resolution. In this paper, the sensor operating principle, measuring system and experimental results are described. The experimental results indicate that the mutual interferential intensity is linear to the pressure when only one point is pressed. Under the condition of more than one point pressed, the distance between measuring point and the other pressure points, and the pressure subjected to the points (except the measuring point) influence the measurement accuracy and linearity of the measuring point. The influence, however, is not strong enough to change the experimental results on the measuring point visibly.
