摘要
"妇女解放的程度是衡量普遍解放的天然尺度。"确立白领女性成为企业高层次管理人才的地位,体现了马克思主义的基本原理和我国的基本国策,是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,也是女性自身独特的优势和企业实践所证实了的。为此要冷静地分析白领女性在企业管理中存在的问题,并采取切实有效的对策。
＂Women＇ s Liberation Is A Natural Rule for the Freedom of the World＂. To establish the role of women in enterprises can answer for the principle of Marxism and Lenningism. It is a bssic policy of our country, and it is in accordance with the need of the construction of a harmonious socialist country. It hss been proved by the women＇ s characteristics themselves that women have their advantages in management. Therefore, We should think this question calmly and analyze the existing problems and then take some actions.
