摘要
高校师德建设在构建社会主义和谐社会中具有重要的地位,和谐社会视域下的高校师德建设具有丰富的内涵。鉴于目前高校师德建设机制不完善导致的师德失范现象,要积极探索师德教育与法制相结合、理论与实践相结合、教育与管理相结合、教育与监督相结合的运行机制以及师德行为的回报机制,使高校教师成为先进生产力和先进文化的促进者与弘扬者,成为青年学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,在和谐社会构建中发挥重要作用。
