摘要
对35CrMo、35CrMoRE钢进行离子渗氮,发现稀土钢渗氮层硬度提高,层深加厚,稀土元素具有明显的催渗作用,应用稀土钢可以较好地达到深层、快速离子渗氮的目的。本文还探讨了稀土元素对离子渗氮过程的催渗作用,提出了气团─通道模型。
CrMo and 35CrMoRE steels were plasma nitrided. The nitrided case depth of the 35CrMoRE was deeper than that of the 35CrMo. The rare earth elements significantly enhanced the plasma niteiding rate. The possible mechanism of the energized function of rare earth elements in the plasma nitriding process was discussed, an'atmosphere-channel'model was given.
