摘要
研究了Fe-Cr-B、Fe-Cr-W、Fe-Cr-C三种合金系统堆焊层的耐磨性,并与磨煤机磨辊和衬板的现场取样进行了分析对比,采用光镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱等方法分析了堆焊层的成分、组织、硬度及磨损形式,探讨了合金成分、显微组织、硬度等对耐磨性的影响.采用合适的耐磨堆焊焊条修复火电厂磨煤机磨辊,获得了满意的使用效果.
The wear resistance of Fe-Cr-B.Fe-Cr-W and Fe-Cr-C alloy systems is investigated and comparison is made to analyze results obtained from laboratory test and site sampling from roller and back block. The effects of alloy composition ,micro structure and hardness of the layer on wear resistance are studied as using optical microscope ,X-ray diffraction ,electro-scanning microscope and energy spectrum analysis and observation methods. The beneficial result is obtained for repair of power plant coal grinder by using self-developed hardiaeing electrode.
