摘要
近年来我国电力行业不断改革,逐步打破垄断,解除管制,引入竞争机制,建立了电力系统市场,随着电力系统规模的扩大和电力市场运营管理的深度化,对调度系统提出了新的要求。文章提出了电力市场对调度系统发展的总体技术要求,对在电力市场下调度系统运营管理等进行了研究分析,分析介绍了电力市场的新发展对调度系统的影响,阐释了电力市场下调度网络信息系统的安全性问题。
