摘要
探讨利用转杯纺纱机纺制阻燃维纶纯纺纱的可行性及纺纱工艺。通过纺制阻燃维纶纤维69.5tex、90.8tex、107.4tex纯纺纱,分析了纺纱中存在的问题,介绍了各工序工艺配置情况及采取的相应技术措施。实践表明,针对阻燃维纶纤维静电严重造成纺纱缠绕的问题,纺纱前要对阻燃维纶纤维加抗静电剂进行处理,梳棉工序适当降低梳理速度、合理配置针布、调整好各部位梳理隔距,并条工序采用处理胶辊并结合重加压,适当降低车速,转杯纺工序降低车速,同时加强各工序车间温湿度管理,可以保证纺纱顺利进行和成纱质量的稳定。
To discuss the feasibility and spinning processing of spinning flame vinylon pure yarn in rotor spinning frame, existing problems in spinning were proposed through spinning flame vinylon fiber 69.5 tex, 90.8 tex, 107.4 tex pure yarn, processing configuration and relative technology measures of each process were introduced. The practice shows that treatment of adding antistatic agent before spinning should be done according to the problem of worse static in spinning winding of flame vinylon fiber, reducing carding speed, configuring carding cloth reasonably, adjusting carding gauge of each parts should be adopted in carding process, treatment top roller & heavy pressure and lower speed should be adopted in drawing process, reducing speed of rotor spinning process and strengthening the management of workshop moisture temperature can get stable yarn quality.
