摘要
对高密度聚乙烯装置造粒机均化段螺杆进行了研究,通过建立数学模型编制加工程序的方法,在加工中心上采用四轴联动的方式实现了变距螺旋曲面的加工。
Studied the characters of the screw sleeves on large output system in plastic factory, established mathematics model, analyzed the relations of the cutter and the curved face, compiled NC program, realized NC controlled process on machining center.
