摘要
基于单片机AT89C52设计了一种新型CNC电火花加工机床用的数控脉冲电源,该电源脉冲宽度和脉冲间隙数控可调,在软件中利用模糊控制算法实现对加工状态的闭环控制。试验证明间隙电压稳定可靠,系统高效节能。
This paper introduces a new numerical control pulse power supply for CNC EDM machine AT89C52. The pulse duration and pulse interval can be numerical controlled in this power supply. Closed loop control to the machining status can be realized because of the fuzzy arithmetic used in the software. Test proved that the voltage of the tool interval is stable and the machining system works in high efficiency.
