摘要
通过信号处理技术,对低碳钢摩擦焊接头的超声回波信号进行了分析.结果表明,摩擦焊接头中的非理想结合缺陷的超声回波信号,在时域中无法与正常信号区分开,用AR功率谱分析可有效地识别出各种缺陷.
The ultrasonic echo signals from friction welded joints of low carbon steel parts have been analyzed by signal processing technology. Results show that the echo signals of nonideal joining defects in friction welded joints can't be distinguished from the normal echo signal in time domain, but can be charactered in frequency domain by AR power spectrum analysis.
