摘要
目的:改良颞部的除皱方法。方法:通过上、中、下三个方向的直接向后提紧、折叠眼轮匝肌,而非分离、外展眼轮匝肌。结果:方法更加简单、便捷地消除了颞部的鱼尾纹,且手术创伤小,避免了神经的损伤。结论:颞部除皱术中,不提紧眼轮匝肌,单纯切除颞部松弛的皮肤,术后效果往往不持久;而将眼轮匝肌外侧缘分离出来,作肌瓣缝合于一个平展的位置,疗效虽然满意,但容易损伤面神经颞支的眼轮匝肌支,手术风险较大;不用分离眼轮匝肌外侧缘,而直接折叠缝合于颞筋膜上,同样能达到平展眼轮匝肌的目的,手术效果明显,且避免了神经的损伤。
