摘要
目的:探讨采用不同方法测定CEA结果的可比性。方法:对同一批标本同时采用放射免疫法、酶联免疫法和金标法进行了CEA检测。结果:金标与联免疫法结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05),放免与金标比较无显著差异(P>0.05),放免与酶免比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:金标法进行CEA测定是一种简便易行的初筛方法。
Objective：To compare the CEA results by three methods. Methods： To compare the CEA results by methods of RIA, ELISA and DIGFA in the same samles. Results： There was no significance between the three methods. Conclusion： DIGFA is a simple, good method for the measurement of CEA.
