摘要
本文利用柠檬酸法合成了超微细BaFe12O19粉末。借助于X-射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计等设备,对该粉末的结构、形貌和磁学性能等进行了表征。结果表明,我们合成的超微细永磁BaFe12O19粉末的粒径约50um,矫顽力达5100Oe。
BaFe12O19 ultrafine powders were synthesized by citrate method. By means of x-ray diffractometer (XRD), transition electronis microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and so on techniques, their structure and slid were characterized. The results have shown that this kind of powders has a higher magnetic properties and a finer size. Its coercivity is about 51000. (406KA/m) and its size 50um.
