摘要
农业现代化是我国西部农业发展的必由之路。发达国家的农业现代化是借助于制度、市场与科技这“三驾马车”实现的,而我国西部农业发展却在制度、市场与科技方面存在着严重的问题。为此,必须以发达国家农业现代化的基本经验为指导思想,结合我国西部“区情”,通过制度创新、产业创新以及科技创新,走出一条具有我国西部特色的农业现代化道路。

The developed country agriculture modernization is draws support the system, the market and technical this ＂the troika＂ the realization, but west our country the agricultural development actually in the system, the market and the technical aspect has serious issue. Therefore, must take the developed country agriculture modernization basic experience as the guiding ideology, unifies west our country ＂ the area sentiment＂, through the system innovation, the industrial innovation as well as the technical innovation, goes out to have west our country the characteristic agriculture modernization path.
