摘要
原发性肾小球疾病的基本病机为湿、热、瘀、虚四种,补益温里、利水渗湿、活血化瘀、清热凉血为其基本治疗原则。结合现代医学和药理认为,中药治疗肾小球疾病是通过调节免疫功能、改善血流动力学、利尿消肿、抑制变态反应等多方面发挥治疗作用。
The basic pathogenesis of primary glomerular disease were dampness, hot, blood stasis and deficine. The basic treatment principle were invigorating the liver and kidney, promoting diuresis to eliminate damp pathogen, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and clearing away hot and cooling blood. Integrated with modern medicine and pharmacology , it is pointed out that Chinese herbs could treat the disease by regulating immune function, improving hemodynamics ,inducing diuresis to remove edema and inhibiting allergic reaction.
