摘要
目的观察双料喉风散加金因肽喷剂在预防和治疗鼻咽癌患者急性放射性口腔咽喉炎的作用。方法2002年8月～2004年9月治疗了125例鼻咽癌患者,其中37例在放疗开始时预防性用药(预防组),51例在出现放射性口腔咽喉炎时开始治疗性用药(治疗组),37例采用常规处理(对照组)。结果放疗剂量在DT20Gy时,预防组、治疗组和对照组放射性口腔咽喉炎的发生率分别是29.7%、70.6%和78.4%,P<0.05。预防组和治疗组的Ⅲ、Ⅳ度放射性口腔咽喉炎的发生率均低于对照组。预防组和治疗组的放射性口腔咽喉炎平均治愈时间也较对照组短。结论双料喉风散加金因肽喷剂预防用药可推迟放射性口腔咽喉炎的发生,预防用药和治疗用药均可降低Ⅲ、Ⅳ度放射性口腔咽喉炎的发生率,并可促进放射性口腔咽喉炎的愈合,缩短治疗时间。
Abjective To observe the the preventive and therapeutic effects of a combined therapy with Houfeng Powder plus Gene Time spray on acute radiation stomtitis and pharyngitis. Methods This study included 125 cases with nasoph aryngeal carcinoma （NPC）, treated in our hospital from Aug, 2002 to Sept, 2004. They were divided into three groups, with 37 cases receiving this combined therapy began together with the radiation treatment giving as preventive group（PG）, 51 receiving this combined therapy began when the symptoms of acute radiation stomtitis and pharyngitis appearing following radiation treatment giving as treating group（TG）, and 37 receiving the routine treatment for treating the radiating reaction in the mucosa of oral and pharyngeal cavities following radiation as controlling group（CG）. Results The incidence rates of acute radiation stomtitis and pharyngitis were 29.7 %, 70.6 % and 78.4 % for PG, TG and CG respectively when the total radiative dosage was at DT20Gy. Furthermore, the rates of acute radiation stomtitis and pharyngitis at Ⅲ or Ⅳ level were significantly lower in PG and TG than that in CG, and averaged therapeutic course to cure this condition were also significantly shorter in PG and TG than that in CG respectetively. Conclusion This kind of combined therapy with Houfeng Powder and Gene Time spray can postpone the time point of occurring with acute radiation stomtitis and pharyngitis, decrease the incidence rate of this kind of lesion at more sever level of Ⅲ and Ⅳ, either used in proventive way or in therapeutic way, and promote the healing course of the lesion.
