摘要
基于化学镀技术,在超声波辅助条件下对涤纶织物表面进行了化学镀银处理,主要对化学镀银工艺进行了分析,筛选出了沉积速度高、稳定性好的工艺配方。结果表明:与普通化学镀银相比,超声波辅助化学镀银的镀速明显提高,镀层颗粒均匀,堆积致密。影响沉积速度的大小顺序为:pH值>硝酸银>蔗糖>氨水。最佳工艺配方为:5.4g/L硝酸银,12g/L氨水,25g/L蔗糖,3.5g/L氢氧化钾,100m l/L乙醇,pH值为12.5,温度为35℃。
The process of electroless silver plating enhanced by ultrasonic wave on PET fabric is studied. The bath composition and technical specification with high deposition rate and high stability are selected. Results show that ultrasonic wave has effect on deposition rate, microhardness and surface morphology of electroless silver plating films. The order against deposition rate is given as following: pH 〉 AgNO3 〉 C12H22O11 〉 NH3 · H2O. The optimum parameters are given as following: AgNO3 5.4g/L, NH3 · H20 12g/L,C12H220.25g/L, KOH 3.5g/L, CH3CH2OH 100ml/L, pH = 12.5, the temperature is about 35℃.
