摘要
旋压药型罩具有旋转补偿效应,可以部分抵消由于弹丸旋转而引起的射流旋转。选择了与旋转补偿效应有密切关系的正弦偏离率和纵向进给率两个重要参数对紫铜罩进行了旋压实验。利用X射线衍射方法在不同正弦偏离率和进给率条件下对旋压试件所形成的择优取向进行了检测;给出了旋转补偿能力随两个参数变化的曲线;对药型罩旋压前后,以及不同旋压参数下的金相组织进行了比较。
The liners manufactured by shear-forming process exhibit an ability of spin compensation, which can compensate for external rotation applied to a shaped charge. In this paper two important parameters,level of deviating from the law of sines and feed rates,were chosen to test shear-forming on T_2 copper. The preferred grain orientation of samples with different rotary extrusion parameters was measured using X ray diffraction technique. The results were plotted in figures. Besides, the metallographic studies of the T_2 copper plate and shear-formed liners were conducted.
