摘要
坞式结构是船闸闸首或闸室常采用的一种结构形式,但采用这种结构形式的船闸底板容易出现裂缝.株洲船闸工程为防止裂缝产生,拟定了底板预留宽缝的施工方法.结合非线性有限元仿真分析方法,考虑重力、温度等荷载,计算分析了船闸结构底板预留宽缝施工方法的效果.计算结果对类似工程的设计和施工具有一定的参考价值.
As an widely applied style in lock heads and the lock chambers,the structure is easy to be cracked on its floor. Based on the research on several shiplocks, this paper simulates the temperature field and stress field of the lock floor under temperature loads and gravity loads, which is built on mudstone foundations, and analyzes the effect of setting up wide construction joints by the nonlinear finite element method. The results provide a reference for the future design and construction of similar shiplocks.
